Collabera is a leading global consumer goods company, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support order management and customer operations. This role involves processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage customer orders using order management systems
- Perform manual and OCR-based order entry, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, and changes
- Resolve order-related issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, distribution)
- Manage returns, cancellations, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in customer service, order management, or a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word)
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Service Cloud)
- Familiarity with order processing tools and OCR technology
