The Telecom Business Development Manager will be responsible for providing tailored value propositions for Telco customer journey modernization and engaging with senior Telecom CX executives to improve customer engagement and contact center solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior Telecom CX executives and Contact Center leaders to create baseline, gap assessment and To-be state
- Understand and communicate Telecom Enterprise architecture and Telephony integration
- Run EBC’s and business engagements for Contact center domain
- Knowledge in Generative AI & Agentic AI capabilities Transform telecom contact centers
