Product & Business Operations Associate

Blossom Health is dedicated to addressing the mental health crisis in America by collaborating with psychiatrists to enhance access to affordable and effective mental healthcare. The Product & Business Operations Associate will manage high-priority projects, defining new processes and technologies while working closely with the company's leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Operate at the intersection of product-ops and biz-ops to tackle the highest priority projects within the company
• Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution
• Define new processes & technologies to solve previously un-encountered, first-pass problems
• Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders day-in day-out
