ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, responsible for capturing business requirements and documenting user stories for development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Capture Business Requirements and document user stories for all development activities
• Facilitate and manage process design sessions as it relates to the development activity under this project
• Create user stories based on information collected through requirements gathering including documenting risks, dependencies, and impediments related to stories
• ITSM process specialist
• Portal and HR process knowledgeable

Requirements:

• Experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst
