Spring Health is on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing barriers to access. The Senior Designer will be responsible for bringing the Spring Health brand to life across key marketing channels, focusing on B2B channels and delivering high-quality creative that supports brand presence and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performing creative across marketing channels, with emphasis on B2B organic social and paid advertising such as LinkedIn, display, ABM, and campaign media
- Design across digital and physical formats, including email, paid media, landing pages, print collateral, and sales and brand decks
- Support event and onsite experience design, including signage, environmental graphics, booth assets, and supporting materials for conferences, field events, and activations
- Bring creative ideas to life through execution, ensuring brand consistency and production-ready deliverables across channels
- Serve as a brand steward, evolving the Spring Health visual identity across digital, print, and live experiences
- Design, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance insights, partnering closely with marketing, growth, and demand teams
- Collaborate with content, product, sales, events, and marketing partners to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment
