RevPilots' client is a leader in artificial intelligence solutions, specializing in Generative AI and advisory services for enterprise industries. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop positioning and messaging for AI solutions, execute go-to-market strategies, and expand their presence in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own enterprise positioning, messaging, and value proposition for the U.S. market, translating complex AI capabilities into language that resonates with technical buyers, business stakeholders, and the C-suite
- Refine ICP definitions and build segment-specific narratives across industries including financial services, healthcare, insurance, and other regulated verticals
- Differentiate the platform against competitors in the Generative AI, multi-agent, and AI governance space
- Own launch strategy for new products, features, and use cases, collaborating with product and sales to bring them to market effectively
- Build sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, objection handling guides, and ROI frameworks that actually get used
- Partner with demand generation to develop integrated campaign strategies that drive pipeline in key enterprise accounts
- Conduct ongoing research into enterprise AI buyer behavior, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to sharpen positioning and inform product direction
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and leadership
- Track how the agentic AI and AI governance categories are evolving and help the company maintain a sharp, credible point of view
- Play a key role in translating European GTM learnings into a U.S.-relevant strategy, identifying what carries over and what needs to be rebuilt for a new market
- Collaborate with leadership on analyst relations, event strategy, and brand building in key U.S. enterprise markets
- Help establish the company's presence and credibility in the U.S. AI ecosystem
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of product marketing experience with meaningful time spent in enterprise B2B environments
- Hands-on experience in or strong working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, RPA, or related categories, you do not need to be an engineer but you need to be able to speak credibly in this space
- Track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies, not just contributing to them
- Strong enterprise instincts: you understand how large organizations buy, who the stakeholders are, and how to move a complex deal through a pipeline
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, you can write a sharp positioning doc and a clear internal brief with equal ease
- High agency and a bias toward action, you figure things out, ask for what you need, and do not wait to be told
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage or scaling environment where process is still being built
- Experience working across time zones or in companies with European roots is a plus
