Experis is a global technology and consulting services organization seeking a Program Management Analyst to support their ISD Strategic Programs team. The role involves managing project tasks, producing status reports, and coordinating project meetings to ensure successful initiative tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Planner across multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring accurate task tracking, deadlines, risks, and dependencies
- Produce weekly, leadership‑ready status reports that summarize progress, risks, and areas requiring attention across the portfolio
- Attend project meetings, summarize discussions, extract action items, and translate them into clearly owned Planner tasks with due dates
- Coordinate meeting scheduling, confirmations, and logistics for recurring project reviews and working sessions
- Maintain an organized repository of project documentation, deliverables, and artifacts
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or PMO support
- Hands‑on experience with Planner, Teams, and Excel for project tracking and reporting
- Proven ability to manage action items, status reporting, and follow‑through across multiple workstreams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote, cross‑functional environment
