Experis, part of ManpowerGroup, is a leading workforce solutions company. They are seeking a Networking Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support the Cloud Supply Chain organization by generating demand and supply reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and validate weekly demand, supply, and supportability reports for networking hardware devices
• Analyze week-over-week changes in demand and supply, ensuring traceability and accuracy across reporting cycles
• Deep dive into complex, connected datasets to identify discrepancies and manually validate outputs
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Component Planning, Sourcing, Execution) to align on risks, gaps, and mitigation plans
• Enhance and productionize Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and “what-if” supply planning capabilities

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in advanced Excel, MS‑SQL, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI required)
• 2–4 years of experience performing data analysis, validation, and discrepancy resolution in supply chain or operations environments
• Proven ability to document data sources, assumptions, calculations, and processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
