Growth Operations Associate (Relocation opportunity)

Subscribed.fyi is a startup focused on enhancing visibility and reputation for software companies in the AI era, founded by Pius Binder. They are seeking a Growth Operations Associate to take ownership of key client accounts, drive growth through improved processes, and help shape the company's operations.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the business end-to-end: sit in on founder calls, client meetings, and investor updates from week one
• Lead delivery: take ownership of key client accounts like Hostinger and Similarweb, becoming the person clients trust and rely on
• Build the team: help hire, onboard, and develop our Philippines-based operations crew, with support from our local lead
• Drive growth: contribute directly to scaling revenue through better systems, smarter processes, and strong client relationships
• Run investor comms: prepare board updates and quarterly reports alongside the founder
• Shape how we work: you'll have a genuine voice in how this company operates and grows
