Native Teams is a global platform for work payments and employment, and they are seeking a Marketing Manager to shape and execute their regional marketing strategy. The role involves developing tailored campaigns, driving brand visibility, and generating demand across the US and Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify opportunities, competitor moves, and audience insights across the US and Canada
- Ensure campaigns are designed to directly resonate with our ICPs, reflecting the distinct business cultures and dynamics of North American markets
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns tailored for the US, with expansion into the Canadian market
- Drive earned media efforts, partnerships, and collaborations to boost visibility and credibility across North America
- Collaborate with PPC, Brand Marketing, and Automation teams to align strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns from planning to delivery
- Build and nurture relationships with media, industry influencers, and tech partners across the US and Canada
- Leverage personal and company networks to create co-marketing opportunities, event presence, and thought leadership initiatives
- Define clear KPIs for brand visibility, lead generation, and pipeline contribution
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, continuously optimizing for better ROI
- Share insights with leadership and cross-functional teams to guide future strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B Marketing, preferably in tech/SaaS, with at least 2 years in a regional role covering North America
- Strong understanding of the US and Canadian markets, customer behavior, and media landscape
- Proven ability to design and execute tailored marketing campaigns across North American markets
- Strong proficiency in earned media, PR, and partnership management
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence and secure alignment across teams
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and ROI
- Fluency in English required
- Existing connections in the US and Canadian tech ecosystems are highly desirable
- French proficiency is a plus (given Canadian market presence)
