Requirements

8 or more years of experience in IT governance and business process transformation.
Proficiency in CargoWise or similar Transportation Management Systems.
Experience with Jira, ClickUp, or related project management software.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology execution.
Experience with project intake automation and reporting frameworks.
Experience in global logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Establish enterprise-wide IT governance frameworks and steering committees.
Synchronize business objectives with technology delivery to eliminate operational friction.
Standardize project intake, approval workflows, and lifecycle gate reviews.
Lead organizational change initiatives and strategic process optimization efforts.
Execute dual-role requirements gathering and solution definition for complex projects.
Manage high-volume project pipelines, sprint schedules, and delivery milestones.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to drive adoption of technical standards.
