TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Finance Business Analyst to support insurance financial reporting. The role involves collaborating with Finance stakeholders and ensuring solutions meet financial accuracy and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

Elicit, document, and validate requirements related to: Financial close and reconciliation processes
Statutory and GAAP reporting
Intercompany, reinsurance, and allocation workflows
Finance controls, audit support, and data lineage
Translate Finance requirements
Partner with Finance stakeholders to: Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and data teams to ensure solutions meet financial accuracy, completeness, and auditability standards

Requirements:

Embedded experience within Finance to support insurance financial reporting
Direct experience supporting Finance teams at an insurance carrier
Candidates without insurance finance domain experience will not be considered
