Adobe is a well-established corporation seeking a Director of Product Marketing. In this role, you will lead outbound product marketing for a high-profile generative AI product, shaping go-to-market strategy and driving launches that influence creative users.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of product marketers across release and evergreen marketing, providing people leadership and coaching
- Own go-to-market execution for product launches, campaigns, messaging, and market positioning
- Drive integrated launch strategy in partnership with Product Management and global marketing partners
- Build alignment across a complex, matrixed organization to ensure coordinated launch and campaign outcomes
- Translate ambiguous briefs into actionable plans, align cross-functional partners, and deliver on milestones
Requirements:
- 12+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 3 years at the director level or managing a team
- Proven ability to set strategic agenda and operate as a player-coach (hands-on when needed)
- Strong project management instincts: take ambiguous briefs, create plans, align partners, and maintain momentum
- Confident written and verbal communication for C-suite decks, launch briefs, and cross-functional conversations
- Strong analytical orientation and comfort working with both data and narrative
- Ambitious self-starter with a positive, adaptable approach
- Availability to work in PST time zone (role is open to remote candidates in PST)
- Experience in AI, creative software, or SaaS
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or master's degree, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with the client's product ecosystem
