Imagine360 is seeking a Healthcare Payer Project Portfolio Manager to join the team. The role involves managing resources and project portfolios within the healthcare payer domain, focusing on strategic enterprise initiatives and optimizing resource allocation. The ideal candidate will champion project portfolio management tools and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Resource Management - Experience rolling out enterprise resource management including skill mapping, allocation and capacity planning and tracking. Ensures optimal resource utilization, identifies gaps and works with cross functional business and IT management on resource plans balancing team needs and project priorities to align resource allocation with business goals. Experience with workforce and resource management tools required
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tools - Champion project portfolio management tools and process. Develop and deliver performance dashboards to track project and strategic initiative milestones and overall portfolio progress
- Strategic Initiative Support - Support the development, execution and tracking of strategic initiatives across the organization through functional area roadmap development including products and services. With leadership, define priorities across strategic initiatives as ideas are refined and scope is understood with consideration for enterprise projects planned and in flight
- Data Analysis - Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience analyzing allocation and capacity data
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of healthcare payer, PBM, risk operations, claims processing, premium billing, member enrollment, and provider network management
- 5+ years of resource management experience
- Experience with PPM tools, dashboard development and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
