They are hiring for a Business Systems Analyst role to support Insurance or Risk Management systems, focusing on gathering business requirements and configuring SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities:
- 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Insurance or Risk Management systems
- Experience with Origami Risk preferred (nice to have)
- Solid understanding of insurance operations, including: Claims lifecycle (GL, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Property, etc.), Policy and coverage management, Certificates of Insurance (COI), Subrogation processes, Handling and interpreting claim files from Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
- Proven experience gathering business requirements and configuring SaaS platforms
