Iron Mountain is a leader in records and information management, providing sustainable solutions to a global customer base. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation in their AI-powered Insight Digital Experience Platform, focusing on customer-centric solutions and product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand customer needs : partner with customers and internal subject matter experts to understand customer needs, lead customer migration from existing legacy applications, drive adoption and ensure measurable value realization around physical-to-digital records management. Translate customer insights into actionable product roadmaps that cover storage management, physical to digital transformation and analytics/insights
- Build product strategy and roadmap: define and communicate the strategic roadmap for handling and deriving actionable insights from physical and physical-to-digital records management in our Insight DXP platform. Identify market opportunities, understand the market landscape, and drive innovation using AI-powered intelligence and automation
- Ensure high-velocity execution and innovation: Develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, prioritize requirements and remove roadblocks during the product development process to deliver successful platform experiences in a fast paced environment
- Drive cross functional alignment : work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to deliver scalable, secure, compliant and impactful product capabilities. Collaborate with other product management teams for a cohesive end to end customer experience
- Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and impact analyses to customers, partners, leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- A strong bias toward action, and a proven track record of delivering SaaS products and enhancements to market at speed, and a curiosity for emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization are a must
- 5-8 years of experience in a product manager role for a SAAS solution with global/international experience
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
- Passionate about building functional and engaging customer experiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for customer focused innovation and a strong sense of urgency
- Experience with Agile SDLC and associated tools (e.g. Jira)
- Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities
- Ability to quickly develop domain and customer expertise
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills (including presentations), as well as listening and interpretation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Results oriented with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- BS required, (Engineering or Marketing preferred); MBA highly desired
- Experience in building AI and content-oriented applications is highly desired workflow based processes / solutions automating key business processes highly desired
- Experience with a Content Management, ECM, or Records Management solution a plus
- Experience in Analytics/ BI; Data Visualization, Machine Learning, NLP, Robotic Process Automation a plus
- Multi-lingual highly desired
