Technical Project Manager

Swoon is a global data and analytics company looking to add a Technical Project Manager to their team. The role involves supporting major technology initiatives focused on platform modernization and collaborating with various teams to deliver clear project plans and updates.

Responsibilities:

• Support major technology initiatives focused on platform modernization and data driven products
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, UX researchers, data analysts, and business analysts
• Understand technical architecture at a conceptual level and translate it into clear delivery plans
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early
• Communicate progress clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Support executive reporting and Steering Committee updates

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong technical experience
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
• Experience with Jira
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
