Dongguan XiangWo Industry is seeking a Senior Vice President of Project Management to oversee the strategic planning and execution of their Project Management Office (PMO). This role is crucial in ensuring that projects align with the company's strategic goals while driving efficient project delivery and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company-wide project management strategies and roadmaps
- Establish and improve enterprise-level PMO governance systems and standards (methodologies, tools, processes)
- Ensure the portfolio aligns with company strategic priorities
- Report on key project progress and risks to the CEO/Board of Directors
- Manage the company's major portfolio of projects (CapEx/Opex projects)
- Responsible for project initiation evaluation and business case analysis
- Optimize key metrics such as Return on Investment (ROI) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
- Establish project prioritization and resource allocation mechanisms
- Supervise the execution of key projects (strategic projects, transformation projects, M&A integration projects)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality
- Promote the integration of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Establish a project performance monitoring system (KPI/OKR)
- Coordinate resources from core departments such as Operations, IT, Finance, and Human Resources
- Resolve cross-departmental conflicts and drive the implementation of complex projects
- Lead enterprise-level digital transformation or organizational change projects
- Promote the implementation of Change Management and related culture
- Establish mechanisms for project risk identification, assessment, and response
- Ensure projects comply with industry regulations and internal audit requirements (especially in the healthcare/financial industries)
- Manage major project deviations (schedule, cost, scope)
- Build and lead an enterprise-level PMO team (project managers, project analysts, etc.)
- Establish a project management talent development and certification system (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
- Improve organizational project management maturity (PM Maturity)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 20+ years of project management or related experience
- 5+ years of senior management experience in large enterprises or multinational corporations
- Experience in successfully leading large and complex projects (e.g., digital transformation, M&A integration)
- Strategic thinking and business insight
