Business Analyst – Healthcare IT / Change Management

Bestica Inc. is seeking a full-time Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support a major Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) project. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and IT skills to manage and track a high volume of project deliverables across multiple vendors, ensuring timely processing and high-quality management of deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process project deliverables such as design documents, test plans, and work plans
• Track, log, and maintain all project documentation with proper version control
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders across IT and project teams
• Support operational and maintenance (O&M) requests and deliverables
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc project status reports
• Serve as central point of contact for change management activities
• Apply structured change management methodologies
• Participate in all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Maintain project folders and act as program librarian for all documentation
• Ensure smooth release readiness and deployment awareness

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an IT environment
• 5+ years of experience in Change & Release Management, including version control
• 5+ years of experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with data entry, work order processing, and workflow management
• Strong communication and customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare projects is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume deliverables
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
