Dental A Team is a passionate and innovative dental consulting company seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager. This role involves generating leads, building campaign strategies, managing events, and tracking metrics to support the company's Go-to-Market plan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies targeting dental practice owners, office managers, and decision-makers
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, and content marketing
- Develop lead scoring and targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value prospects
- Develop and manage nurture sequences for different buyer profiles and stages of the customer journey
- Implement lead scoring systems and qualification processes to optimize sales team efficiency
- Execute seasonal and event-driven promotional campaigns aligned with dental industry cycles
- Develop partner program to facilitate referral lead generation
- Test and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion optimization
- Digital Marketing & Website Management
- Maintain and optimize company website for SEO, user experience, and lead conversion
- Create and manage multi-channel content calendars for website, blog, and social media platforms; overlay with Google Analytics to determine high impact channels and campaigns
- Implement and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Ensure website content remains current with service offerings and industry trends
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Develop compelling marketing copy for websites, emails, brochures, case studies, and promotional materials
- Create strategically focused educational content that demonstrates expertise in dental practice management
- Write and edit blog posts, whitepapers, and industry articles
- Develop sales enablement materials, presentation decks and engagement lead magnets in various forms such as infographics, checklists, etc
- Event Marketing & Relationship Building
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and webinars targeting dental professionals
- Coordinate speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities
- Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up campaigns
- Build relationships with dental industry associations and publication partners
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Create, implement and maintain marketing analytics systems and dashboards
- Monitor and report on all marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Conduct regular analysis of lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Well-organized, data-driven and detail-oriented
- High level of comfort with KPIs and reporting systems
- 5-8 years of B2B experience leading and executing marketing efforts preferred
- Proven record growing a small B2B business ($2M to $30M+)
- Candidates must have demonstrated B2B experience inside a company's marketing department. (Agency and B2C candidates are not eligible.)
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills
- EOS 'Traction' experience is a plus or other 'balanced scorecard' company metrics reporting structure
