They are seeking a Business Development Representative who will lead outbound prospecting across strategic target accounts in the U.S. market and partner closely with sales leadership to qualify and convert opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead outbound prospecting across strategic target accounts in the U.S. market
- Research companies, stakeholders, and industry context to identify real opportunity
- Craft personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Execute structured sequences with consistency and attention to detail
- Partner closely with sales leadership to qualify and convert opportunities
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and clear pipeline visibility
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven B2B outbound experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
- Near-native English (written and spoken) - A must
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers
- Experience with modern sales tools (HubSpot, GSuite, ZoomInfo or similar)
- Strong research capabilities and attention to detail
- Professional maturity and accountability
