As a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling the creator sales ecosystem in the Netherlands, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance revenue performance and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Development & implementation of a revenue-oriented, NL-specific influencer marketing & creator sales strategy
- Proactive identification, acquisition & evaluation of relevant Dutch creators including negotiations, deal closing & performance management
- Building, maintaining & optimizing a profitable, high-converting creator portfolio that generates sustainable sales
- End-to-end ownership: seeding, campaign setup, tracking, reporting, performance optimization & scaling
- Responsibility for budget planning, KPI analysis, ROI, conversion performance & data-driven decisions
- Leadership, coaching & development of the Dutch influencer sales & marketing team
- Close collaboration with social media, performance marketing, brand & product for an integrated, sales-driven go-to-market strategy
- Continuous analysis of Dutch creator, social & platform trends to identify new sales potentials & growth channels
- Development of innovation-driven, platform-specific NL social strategies that maximize reach & conversions
- Active shaping of the brand positioning of Creamy Fabrics as the leading DTC fashion brand in NL
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in influencer marketing / creator management, ideally with a sales & performance focus
- Experience in leading or building a team
- Strong communication, sales & negotiation skills in dealing with Dutch creators, agencies & networks
- Proficient in influencer tools, KPI tracking, Google Sheets & project management software
- Solid understanding of the Dutch creator landscape, digital culture & social trends
- Very good English and Dutch skills; German is a plus
- Hands-on mentality, ownership, closing strength & passion for community and revenue building
