Console is building a platform that redefines how enterprises operate, utilizing AI to autonomously resolve back office tasks. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale their full-funnel growth engine, focusing on strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-funnel growth: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across awareness, demand gen, and pipeline acceleration
- Run rapid experimentation: Develop and own a structured testing engine – new channels, messaging, creative, landing pages, funnel improvements
- Drive measurable pipeline: Build high-quality leads and opportunities across paid and non-paid channels, optimizing for CAC, conversion, and velocity
- Analyze and report impact: Surface insights, build hypotheses, and make data-backed recommendations to guide strategy
Requirements:
- 3-6+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing (early-stage or high-growth strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to design and ship full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical rigor: comfortable pulling data, interpreting funnel performance, and making fast decisions
- Creative problem-solver who can generate test ideas and turn successful experiments into scalable playbooks
- High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by impact over process
- Experience with attribution, funnel instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks (GA4, GTM, SQL a plus)
