Director, Product Management, Legal & Insurance

Datavant is the data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare, and they are seeking a Director of AI Product Management to lead the transformation of how legal and insurance organizations access and act on health data. This role involves defining product strategy, building a high-performing product organization, and driving innovation through AI-powered insights.

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise or platform AI products
• 5+ years of experience leading product management teams
• Proven experience defining and executing product strategy for large-scale enterprise or data-driven platforms
• Experience building products centered around AI, data exchange, analytics, insights, and workflow automation
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives
• Experience leveraging AI in product development and delivering AI products
• Strong ability to influence executive leadership, engineering leaders, and cross-functional partners
• Experience operating in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, finance, or legal is a plus
• Strong systems thinker who can balance long-term platform strategy with near-term execution
