As a Business Account Expert, you'll engage with small and medium business customers, manage existing accounts, and drive new business acquisition through effective communication and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily customer communication and follow-up using various tools to complete outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, and online meetings/appointments
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, call lists, and referrals
- Understand customer needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities
- Use research to select appropriate product/service messaging to meet individual customer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities using the CRM system
- Accurately document all interactions, quotes, and deal progress
- Attend all required product and service training to gain in-depth knowledge of T-Mobile for Business products and services
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. (Required)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently. (Required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. (Required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position. (Preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and/or retention. (Preferred)
