The Value Maximizer is a company in the financial services sector, and they are seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst for a part-time position. The role involves executing a marketing analytics strategy, synthesizing data into actionable insights, and developing KPIs to support decision-making across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a multi-functional marketing analytics strategy to improve visibility across all departments
- Synthesize diverse data streams into actionable insights that optimize messaging and content for every stage of the customer lifecycle
- Develop and monitor sophisticated KPIs, providing stakeholders with the clarity needed to make high-stakes decisions
- Conceptualize and test continuous improvement ideas by leveraging industry best practices and rigorous research
- Translate raw metrics into "data stories" that align marketing performance with broader company objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with marketing analytics including web, social media, and campaign performance
- Significant experience across multiple marketing and data analysis tools/platforms with utilization of KPI's to stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Klipfolio, Tableau or PowerBI
- Knowledge in utilizing marketing specific tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, Sprout, Terminus, Sprout Social, ScreamingFrog or similar to support reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, or related field
