Pivotal Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a global leader in plastics manufacturing and recycling to hire a Sales Development Manager focused on Shrink Bag Flexible Food Packaging. This role is centered on developing and expanding national sales accounts, working closely with distributors and end users to drive sales strategy and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow national sales accounts within shrink bag flexible food packaging
- Focus on expanding distributor networks and direct end-user relationships
- Drive sales strategy and pipeline growth across key markets
- Track, manage, and report on sales pipeline and development activity
- Identify new business opportunities and support overall commercial growth
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategy with production capabilities
Requirements:
- Experience selling flexible food packaging to distributors – MUST
- Strong focus and experience within shrink bag packaging – MUST
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies – MUST
- Track record of pipeline growth and delivering sales results – MUST
- Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills – MUST
