LHH is seeking a UX Researcher to join their UX Research team, focusing on enhancing user experiences across Excel and Copilot. The role involves conducting mixed-methods UX research, managing research projects, and collaborating with product teams to influence product decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute mixed‑methods UX research (qualitative + quantitative) to evaluate Excel and Copilot experiences
- Run UX benchmark and competitive studies, assessing task performance against industry standards
- Manage multiple concurrent research projects end‑to‑end, from study design to execution and synthesis
- Partner with external research vendors for participant screening, recruitment, and panel management
- Analyze and synthesize complex data into clear, visually polished, and actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and research ops to influence product decisions
- Rapidly produce research outputs such as reports, presentations, and videos to maximize impact
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of full‑time UX research experience in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- Proven mixed‑methods research expertise, including UX benchmarking or competitive research
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into qualitative insights
- Hands-on experience using remote UX research platforms/tools
- Excellent project management, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience influencing data‑driven decisions
- Master's preferred, Bachelor's minimum (HCDE, Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or related)
- 6+ months of experience researching AI / Generative AI (LLMs) in a professional setting
