Need2Say is a company transforming how construction teams communicate safety information and updates. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation, while effectively communicating the company's value to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and research target accounts across general contractors, subcontractors, industrial employers, and related construction organizations
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels
- Engage prospective clients and clearly communicate Need2Say’s value proposition
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or product demos with decision-makers
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support go-to-market strategy and sales execution
- Re-engage inactive or stalled leads and identify new paths to opportunity
- Maintain accurate CRM records, outreach activity, and pipeline updates
- Support account targeting and market research in priority regions and verticals
- Represent Need2Say with professionalism in all prospect and customer interactions
