Largeton Group is focused on the retail domain, and they are seeking a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements. The role involves optimizing retail processes, supporting eCommerce functions, and facilitating Agile ceremonies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for technical teams
- Analyze and optimize retail business processes, including merchandising, pricing, promotions, order management, and customer experience
- Support and enhance eCommerce functions such as cart, checkout, payments, and personalization
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and ensure requirements are implemented accurately
- Perform gap analysis and impact analysis, recommending business process improvements
- Drive insights through data analysis, reporting, and decision support
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating deliverables against business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, UI/UX) to ensure seamless project execution and system integration
- Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, use cases, and system interactions
- Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, SQL, and data analysis platforms (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Ensure effective stakeholder management and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay current with retail industry trends, retail platforms, and relevant certifications (preferred)
