Huron is a global consultancy that collaborates with clients to drive strategic growth, ignite innovation and navigate constant change. The Associate Product Manager on the Huron +AI team will contribute to AI product development, support product discovery activities, and assist in UX and prototyping work.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to AI product development across the lifecycle — requirements definition, user story writing, backlog management, release coordination, and continuous improvement
- Support product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews across industry and practice teams, feedback synthesis, and industry trend monitoring
- Partner with AI transformation teams to translate delivery insights and field learnings into product inputs, feature refinements, and roadmap considerations
- Assist in UX and prototyping work — wireframes, personas, user journeys, and usability inputs — in collaboration with design and engineering counterparts
- Contribute to go-to-market preparation: positioning inputs, feature documentation, internal communications, and enablement materials for practice and industry teams
- Support build vs. buy vs. partner analysis and pricing model inputs for solutions in development
- Maintain product artifacts including roadmaps, requirement documentation, and sprint tracking under senior direction
- Develop working familiarity with enterprise AI architecture and infrastructure sufficient to collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Help grow AI fluency across Huron by contributing to internal knowledge sharing, onboarding content, and practice capability materials
- Support definition and tracking of product value and success metrics — partner with senior product managers to help establish clear KPIs and contribute to measuring and communicating product impact over time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in product management, consulting, or a related role with exposure to enterprise technology or software products
- Demonstrated interest in or practical exposure to AI, machine learning, or generative AI applications in business contexts
- Proficient in structured communication and presentation; able to prepare clear, well-organized materials with direction
- Foundational understanding of product management principles: user stories, backlog prioritization, roadmap inputs, and product metrics
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, design, practice, and go-to-market teams in a matrixed environment
- Curiosity, learning orientation, and a bias toward tangible output over process for its own sake
- Ability to articulate the impact of prior work, including contributing to defining success metrics, measuring outcomes, and connecting product or project efforts to business value
