Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Sr Product Analytics Analyst in their Digital Marketing department. The role involves serving as a strategic partner to product and business leaders by defining analytics frameworks and driving strategic insights for high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Leads analysis for high-priority products or platforms
- Builds models and dashboards that support planning and forecasting
- Influences roadmap decisions through opportunity sizing and performance analysis
- Guides experimentation strategy and manage test-and-learn culture
- Shares insights with executives and cross-functional leadership
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. In lieu of degree, eight (8) years of practical experience may offset education requirements
- Four (4) years in product analytics, advanced business intelligence, or related field
- Experience with product-led growth, pricing, or platform analytics
- Expert SQL and strong fluency in data visualization tools
- Ability to tie analysis to business impact and customer outcomes
- Proficiency in Python/R for statistical modeling
- Experience in data-rich environments translating insights into action
- Strong measurement strategy and KPI development
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and identify high-impact opportunities
- Proficiency in SQL/Python and visualization tools
- Experience with experimentation and digital analytics
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
