- Following up on refunds, vouchers, and debit memos
- Completing administrative tasks and meeting performance goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a corporate travel office
- Proficiency in airline reservations systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of ARC rules and regulation
