They are seeking a highly analytical Executive Compensation Analyst to support the design and administration of executive compensation programs, ensuring data integrity and compliance while collaborating with various teams to drive improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Support the modeling and analysis of executive pay program strategies to ensure they effectively attract, motivate, and retain top talent
- Perform comprehensive benchmarking and research of peer group practices and regulatory developments impacting executive compensation
- Assist in the preparation of materials and presentations for the Compensation and Human Resources Committee
- Administer annual and long-term incentive plans, including tracking participation, calculating awards, and maintaining usage forecasts
- Draft and audit data for the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) section of the annual proxy statement and other public disclosures
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as compensation consultants, to collect market data and ensure program compliance
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to audit compensation data and ensure administrative accuracy
- Maintain a self-starter attitude, taking initiative on data-heavy assignments and managing tasks effectively through ambiguity
- Serve as an effective partner and collaborator in developing and implementing ideas that will drive simplicity, clarity, and excellence
- “Lean in” on equity administration projects that require the involvement of the Executive Compensation Center of Excellence
- Helping us drive excellence in risk management, controls, process improvement, data quality, including reconciliation, and reporting
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in compensation, finance, or data analysis (experience in executive or equity compensation preferred) in a corporate environment, ideally a public company
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related business field
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience building complex financial models or compensation workbooks
- Expert data analysis skills with a demonstrated ability to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings clearly to different audiences
- A rigorous analytical mindset and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy under tight deadlines
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management software
