POSITION SUMMARY:
The Patient Accounts Representative (PAR) is responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification and account counseling.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Proven experience as a patient account representative or similar role, preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Composure in fast paced, high pressure environments
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
• Dependable, punctual, and highly detail oriented
• Strong multitasking and independent work capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate documentation skills
• Ability to follow established workflows consistently
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (varying schedule)
