Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Lead Configuration Engineer to lead the design and optimization of marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will focus on architecting scalable solutions and driving technical configuration to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and implementation of marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Design and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Develop and manage data models, segmentation strategies, and audience targeting
• Implement AI-driven marketing capabilities using Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein tools
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external platforms
• Ensure scalable, high-performing, and secure marketing architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data, and engineering
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members

Requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Experience with Salesforce AI (Agentforce/Einstein)
• Proven experience in designing and optimizing customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Ability to develop and manage data models, segmentation strategies, and audience targeting
• Experience implementing AI-driven marketing capabilities using Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein tools
• Proficiency in integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external platforms
