Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for HR systems and processes
- Analyze workflows related to recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams
- Support HR system implementations and enhancements
- Create documentation and user stories
- Participate in testing and validation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience in HR systems or HR domain
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS
- Knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- Familiarity with reporting tools
