Operations Project Manager

Solomon Page is an AI Tech company seeking an Operations focused Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract. This role involves developing scalable processes, establishing operational standards, and ensuring teams have the necessary tools to deliver high-quality results for new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive playbook outlining how teams deliver work to new clients
• Establish governance frameworks that enable ongoing process improvement
• Create and manage standardized decks, documentation, checklists, and delivery timelines
• Build reusable templates and frameworks to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, gaps, and unclear ownership, and recommend practical solutions
• Facilitate retrospectives and lead initiatives to continuously improve team operations
• Serve as the primary owner of operational excellence within this area

Requirements:

• Strong background in operations, program management, project management, or business operations
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale processes effectively
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and teams
• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear, structured, and practical resources
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive alignment and clarity across teams
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and turn insights into actionable improvements
