TEKsystems is partnering with a growing software company within the fleet management space to hire an experienced Sales Account Executive. This role is responsible for selling a core fleet management software solution through an outbound heavy sales motion, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a focus on new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting activities including phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and engage key decision makers within fleet focused organizations
- Conduct live product demonstrations tied to operational and business needs
- Manage opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close
- Achieve sales quotas tied to revenue, attainment, and new logo acquisition
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and forecasting
- Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and demos as needed
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth post sale transition
Requirements:
- Experience as an Account Executive in fleet management, SaaS, or vertical software sales
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Experience running demos and managing longer sales cycles
- Comfort working in a performance driven, quota focused environment
- Strong self presentation and ability to clearly articulate value
- High quality, well presented resume reflecting authentic experience
- Fleet management or telematics sales
- Public sector, government, or regulated customer exposure
- Ownership of a regional or territory based sales role
