They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to generate enterprise opportunities, identify decision-makers, and create high-quality leads for the senior business development team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify high-value enterprise prospects in software development consulting
- Execute strategic prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points, technology challenges, and strategic priorities
- Schedule high-quality meetings between qualified prospects and our Senior Business Development Managers
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and shifts in enterprise technology buying
- Work alongside Marketing to refine campaigns and messaging
- You will be accountable for daily and weekly activity metrics and monthly outcome metrics
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in business development or related field
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resilient and persistent attitude towards prospecting
- Ability to conduct research using LinkedIn, company websites, news sources, and databases
- Genuine curiosity about technology and enterprise software
- Organized and metrics-driven approach to managing pipeline
- Team player with individual drive and self-motivation
- Comfortable initiating conversations with senior executives such as CIOs and CTOs
