Tech Spectrum AI Solutions is partnering with its client to hire a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative Intern. This internship is designed for individuals who want to build hands-on experience in customer communication and support systems within a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone under supervision
- Support customer service team with ticket management and follow-up communication
- Help document customer interactions and update internal systems accurately
- Provide product or service information based on training and client guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to customers
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Comfort with learning new digital tools, CRM systems, or support platforms
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently
- Must be located in Texas and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred)
