Position Overview
We’re looking for an entry-level Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital campaigns that engage professional chefs and hospitality customers. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to build hands-on experience across email marketing, digital content, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in building and deploying email campaigns (e.g., newsletters, product promotions, seasonal features)
• Support content creation for digital channels, including email, website, and social media
• Monitor campaign performance and compile basic reports (open rates, click-through rates, etc.)
• Help manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines
• Manage and coordinate response to consumers across platforms and cultivate community on social media
• Ensure brand voice and visual standards are consistently applied
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, web)
• Familiarity with tools like Excel; experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Iterable) is a plus
• Interest in food, restaurants, or hospitality is highly desirable
Preferred Skills
• Experience with social media management tools (such as Sprout Social)
• Exposure to analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Creative eye for layout, imagery, and messaging
• Passion and drive to see projects through to completion
