Poka Inc. is transforming how frontline teams operate, learn, and solve problems through their connected worker platform designed for manufacturing. They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive complex deals and build strategic relationships within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery to close
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within target manufacturing & industrial accounts
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across operations, IT, and leadership teams
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored business cases aligned to customer priorities and ROIC
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine targeting strategies and generate high-quality pipeline
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer value
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce
- Represent Poka at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within SaaS
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial environments is a strong advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate product value into business outcomes
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Willingness to travel (up to :40%) to engage customers and prospects
- An understanding of English is essential at Poka, as it is the language used during company-wide meetings and many internal communications
