As a Marketing Project Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, managing project timelines and relationships with external agencies to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the marketing intake process, ensuring all incoming requests are captured, triaged, and properly prioritized against team capacity and strategic goals
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, while proactively identifying risks and resolving blockers before they become problems and maintaining real-time visibility into marketing projects
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables are scoped clearly, timelines are honored, and quality meets expectations
- Work across the full marketing org (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, Events, Content, and Marketing Ops) keeping projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and the team moving with clarity and confidence
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a related discipline, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment, without losing the details
- Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and workflow management
- Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce/SFDC, with an understanding of how marketing campaigns and data flow through these systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to navigate operating in an environment that balances structure with flexibility
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
- Experience managing integrated campaign timelines spanning demand gen, content, and events
- Background working alongside or managing creative and content agencies
