Stertil-Koni USA Inc. is seeking a National Account Manager – Fleet & Heavy-Duty Specialist to drive profitable growth across assigned national fleets and service providers. The role involves managing national accounts, executing business plans, and ensuring successful deployment of Stertil-Koni equipment and service programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned national accounts to achieve revenue growth, penetration, and program compliance
- Develop and execute account-specific business plans aligned with customer CapEx cycles and operational priorities
- Serve as the primary Stertil-Koni point of contact for national fleet, dealer, and service network programs
- Drive location-level adoption of national programs through on-site engagement with maintenance, service, and operations teams
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including new locations, bays, and equipment upgrades
- Ensure national agreements convert into installed equipment and active service programs
- Work collaboratively with authorized distributors and Regional Sales Managers in a co-coverage model
- Conduct joint field visits, demonstrations, and training to support distributor-led execution
- Maintain distributor engagement and economic alignment while enforcing national program standards
- Act as a subject-matter expert on Stertil-Koni lifting and shop equipment solutions
- Provide application guidance related to bay layout, workflow efficiency, safety, and compliance
- Support demonstrations, specification reviews, and technical evaluations with customers
- Promote bundled solutions including lifts, accessories, training, inspections, and extended warranties
- Support service attachment strategies in alignment with operational capabilities
- Provide structured feedback to internal teams regarding product performance, competitive positioning, and market needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records for opportunities, quotes, and account activity
- Forecast account activity and support internal planning for inventory and resource allocation
- Report progress against KPIs and account objectives to leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in heavy-duty fleet, OEM dealer, or commercial vehicle service sales
- Proven success managing national or multi-location accounts
- Experience working through distributor and partner networks
- Strong technical aptitude in heavy-duty service environments
- Experience with capital equipment sales
- Knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and safety standards (ALI, OSHA)
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, SugarCRM, or similar)
