This role involves new business acquisition and strategic account management, focusing on building long-term client partnerships and delivering tailored leadership development solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and win new enterprise and mid‑market clients
- Own the full sales cycle—from discovery and qualification to proposal and close
- Build and maintain a high-quality, predictable sales pipeline
- Develop strategic entry approaches for complex organizations
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional programs, multi‑year engagements, coaching, and digital learning
- Partner with clients to shape long-term leadership and learning roadmaps
- Support renewals by demonstrating measurable value and impact
- Conduct discovery to understand business, leadership, performance, culture, and inclusion challenges
- Recommend tailored GP Strategies solutions—from facilitator-led programs to coaching, live, virtual and digital learning
- Deliver compelling proposals linked to measurable outcomes and ROI
Requirements:
- Proven success in B2B consultative sales or account management
- Experience selling learning solutions, professional services, or HR/talent offerings is a strong advantage
- A track record of hunting for new business while expanding existing accounts
- Experience selling into enterprise or mid‑market organizations
- Strong discovery, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills
