- Technical aptitude to understand heavy-duty equipment and maintenance solutions
- Market knowledge and familiarity with the fleet and commercial vehicle industry
- Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and data analysis
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive or heavy-duty equipment industry
