As the VP, HR Business Partners & Shared Services, you will lead the HRBP and Shared Services teams, architecting a modern Service Delivery Model and evolving the HR tech ecosystem to enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business strategy into a clear People agenda that proactively identifies risks and enables the organization to execute with confidence
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO and executive team turning complex business challenges into actionable organizational, talent, and operational solutions
- Ensure HRBPs are equipped with the tools, operation model and support they need to act as a strategic business partner
- Mature the Shared Services model into a high-scale, data-driven and employee-experience oriented team
- Ensure operational excellence across core processes
- Design processes, workflows, and handoffs that eliminate friction and enable both teams to operate at their highest value
- Continuously evolve the model based on business needs, scale, and feedback
Requirements:
- 12+ years of HR Leadership experience leading both HRBP organizations and People Operations/Shared Services in complex, high-stakes environments
- A track record of leading large-scale organizational design, restructuring, or business transformation initiatives
- Direct experience for implementing HR technology stacks, with a specific focus on AI/automation use cases
- Demonstrated success in coaching and managing seasoned HRBP Directors and operational leaders
- Think in systems, not silos, understanding how strategy, operations and tech intersect to drive outcomes
- Bring a business-first mindset to the People team, balancing operational rigor with a deep commitment to people and culture
- Are energized by transformation and ambiguity and have a track record of leading organizations through change
- Proactively seek out technology and gen AI use cases to modernize HR
- Demonstrate strong executive presence and influence, with the ability to challenge and guide senior leaders
