They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect and close companies in various cold-calling verticals, pitch their products to HR teams, and shape the sales playbook as one of the first hires.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close companies in cold-calling verticals — insurance, mortgage, real estate, financial services, and beyond
- Pitch BrewChat's company page and embedded booking products to HR teams, recruiters, and business owners
- Own your pipeline — outreach, follow-up, close, and handoff to onboarding
- Work directly with the founders — no layers, real autonomy, real impact
- Help shape the sales playbook from the ground up as one of our first hires
Requirements:
- Self-starter who thrives on commission — you want uncapped upside, not a salary ceiling
- Experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or a cold-calling-heavy role (insurance, finance, real estate a plus)
- Comfortable pitching a new product category — you can explain 'why BrewChat' in two sentences
- Excited by early-stage — you want to build something, not just execute someone else's playbook
