Akia is a venture-backed startup founded by ex-Meta engineers, focused on providing an AI-powered guest journey platform. As the first Head of Revenue Operations, you will own the infrastructure that powers the go-to-market engine, collaborating with sales, marketing, and client success to drive scalable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build our GTM infrastructure from the ground up — territory design, lead routing, enrichment workflows, and pipeline reporting
- Own and administer our CRM (Salesforce) while evaluating and leading a potential migration to HubSpot
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give revenue leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasting
- Partner with sales and marketing to design lead assignment rules, scoring models, and SLA frameworks
- Identify and close gaps in our tech stack — evaluating, implementing, and integrating tools that increase team efficiency and data quality
- Establish the data hygiene standards and processes that make our revenue reporting trustworthy
